For class we all have been going to the zoo to get some animal drawing done. I've been drawing Zebras!

Animatic Revised

Here's a revised version of my short story animatic. It's not the one I will go with the make the film for the semester (I won't be able to finish...only 8 weeks left of school.. wat?? Haha), but it's definitely something I will keep revising, hopefully if the shots don't change too drastically, I will add them on later after the semester is over. This is revised mainly for ACME, let's see what John Ramirez says hopefully if he gets back to me. Then I'll probably revise it again.




I'm hoping to make this a year long project in order to animate it well enough and finish it. There's just no way I can do what I want to do with it with the remaining time I have left in the semester.

Short Film Character Model Sheets!

Here are my model sheets for the character in my animated short film. They need a bit more cleaning to do....but ugh i'm soooo tired.... (it's 4:25am right now...hurray!!!...:D...)











Now to put them on a couple 11x17's and I'm ready to go for tomorrow!.....zzzzz.....

Like, I literally had about only 2 hours to come up with an idea and rough out the Scientist one... Yikes!!

A Doodle

Here's a doodle I did the other day...



She's a reoccurring character that I draw for fun "The Magician". I guess you can say this is the style in which I draw when it's completely not related to school. I like to draw really curly and squiggly stuff haha. Very bubbly stuff too :).

The rainbow effect came from my scanner. I usually desaturate the image but I looked at it and I actually like it better this way.

Short Story Animatic Revised

Someone told me that he looked like a pet, so he's no longer in a box! Hahaha!



I'm very excited about this project. I can't wait to animate it. There's a lot of personal elements that I like in there... imagination, flying, and morphing. I hope it goes well! I'll keep updating on it!

It's not the best in terms of the finished looks (compared to the I Got A Bite! one), but I'm pretty happy with the story!
